Chapter 790: Weapons & Firearms – 7 hours credit

Currently, Florida Statute Chapter 790 consists of 35 subsections. These subsections are set forth in their entirety below. They have been broken into eight (6) chapters. Additionally, several of the statutory subsections are followed by pertinent case law for review to gain further understanding of the Florida appellate and supreme court rulings on matters related to Chapter 903.

Each chapter of this course will be followed by a five-question quiz. At the conclusion of the course is a 42 question comprehensive final exam.

Chapter 903: BAIL – 7 hours credit

Currently, Florida Statute Chapter 903 consists of 35 subsections.  These subsections are set forth in their entirety below.   They have been broken into eight (8) chapters.  Additionally, several of the statutory subsections are followed by pertinent case law for review to gain further understanding of the Florida appellate and supreme court rulings on matters related to Chapter 903.

Each chapter of this course will be followed by a five-question quiz.  At the conclusion of the course is a 42 question comprehensive final exam.

Chapter 648: Bail Bond Agents – 3 hours credit

Currently, Florida Statute Chapter 648 consists of 49 subsections. These subsections are set forth in their entirety below.

They have been broken into three (3) chapters.

Each chapter of this course will be followed by a seven-question quiz.

At the conclusion of the chapter quizzes there is a 21 question comprehensive final exam.

DFS Rules & Related Statutes – 4 hours credit

Currently, DFS Rules for Bail Agents (69B-221) consists of  26 subsections.

These Rule subsections along with the related statutes have been broken into four (4) chapters.

Each chapter of this course will be followed by a five-question quiz.

At the conclusion of the chapter quizzes there is a 24 question comprehensive final exam.


These courses have been approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services for insurance continuing education credit” FBAA, Provider 670.
